The core of the Sharp Cats band is Yury Shenkar and Sharon Shenkar.

The band came into existence as a band in the mid nineties, when Yury Shenkar (the founder of the band), after playing as a sideman in variety of bands, decided to create a band of his own that will generate  excitement, good music and fun. Since then Sharp Cats has been playing music and entertaining audiences in the New England area non-stop.

Sharon joined the band as lead singer, giving up a full time career as a busy executive to help lead thet band as Lead Singer, and Event Liaison. She really cares about our clients, and ensures that they are well cared for.

Today Sharp Cats has an incredible ability to “expand and contract on demand”. Starting with a 3-piece, which includes Guy Goodwin, drummer extraordinaire, and adding Daniel Ori on bass, based on the size of the venue, number of guests, size of the event etc, Sharp Cats comes to you in just the right size.
